Antivirenprogramme stürzen ab, Trojaner?

Hi!
Leute, ich bin am verzweifeln!
Ich habe mir scheinbar einen Virus (Trojaner?) eingefangen.
Virenprogramme (Avira, Ad-Aware) brechen bei ca. 20% ab. D.h., ich kann noch nicht mal den Fehler suchen lassen. Der Computer arbeitet sehr langsam und stürzt oft ab.
Mein Kumpel hat jetzt alle temporären Dateien gelöscht, aber irgendwie läuft trotzdem nix.
Könnt ihr mir helfen? Ich kenn mich da halt auch nicht so aus...

ja, da hab ich schon reingeguckt, ich bin schon seit heute MORGEN UM 8 da dran, ganz so doof bin ich auch nich. kein grund drauf rumzureiten, wie das jetz heißt oder?? is nich so, als würd ich ma aus spaß hier reinschreiben...

Vermutlich bist Du inzwischen mit den Nerven zu Fuss - verständlich ;)

Versuch ruhig zu bleiben und warte auf schrauber..........der kommt spätestens heute abends - hatte er irgendwo geschrieben. Da bist Du in besten Händen!

Du hast mehrere Virenscaner installiert das kann auch Probleme machen, was ist der Grund das der McAfee und Avira AntiVir gleichzeitig installiert sind, jedenfalls auf Deinem Gerät hat es auch jede Menge Apple Software welche manchmal auch Probleme macht, für die Apple Software stehen jede Menge Update im Internet zur Verfügung. Goggle Software ist auch jede Menge drauf.
In so einem Fall würde ich die Daten sichern und das System neu installieren.

hatte McAfee als Testversion drauf und weiß nicht, wie ich es richtig deinstallieren soll....
Dann hab ich AntiVir installiert. Als dann das immer abgestürzt ist heute beim Viren suchen hab ich mir - auf Anraten eines Kumpels - Ad-Aware runtergeladen...

Deinstallieren funktioniert über Systemsteuerung - Software oder - sofern vorhanden - über einen entsprechenden Eintrag im Startmenüverzeichnis von McAfee.

egal, vor lauter aggression komm ich nich ma mehr auf die einfachsten dinge...
welche idioten machen viren/trojaner??

Das Problem ist ja, dass jegliche Virenscanner immer abbrechen.
Immer an folgender Stelle:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\Groove Project Toolset.dll

Daher kann ich auch keinen Scan mit Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware durchführen...

Würde auch alles was mit Google zu tun hat deinstallieren, auch die Software Bonjour viele dieser Programme bremsen das System aus.

ich hab so das gefühl, dass das irgendwas mit grooveproject zu tun hat, vor allem da die virenscanner MMER an der gleichen stelle abbrechen (alle). sogar anti-vir im abgesicherten modus bricht da ab. und zwar an dieser stelle:
