Installation von Windows ME über Recovery CD

Hallo Zusammen,

ich habe folgendes Problem. Mein Windows ME ist abgestürzt. Daraufhin habe ich versucht über die mitgelieferte Recovery Cd das System wieder ans laufen zu bekommen. Aber jedesmal hört die Installation bei 99% auf und DOS meldet mir das der Pfad Z für das CD-Laufwerk nicht gefunden werden kann.
Was kann ich hier tun???

Habe das hier gefunden
1. If you see diskette format error while diskette creation, a defective media is suspected. Please try with new or other diskette media.
Note: On Windows XP, a Progress indicator may stop at 99 % written with the message: Error while writing the disk data. But the diskette works correctly, so ignore the message.
2. If you are familiar with DOS commands, you can directly issue the LOADDSKF command as follows, so you do not need to copy the required files to a temporary directory.
1. Open Command Prompt window.
2. Move to the optical device drive (for example, type X: at the command prompt, and then press Enter.
3. Move to the RECOVERY directory. (for example, type CD\RECOVERY at the command prompt, and then press Enter.)
4. Type the following command:
x:\RECOVERY / LOADDSKF x:\BOOTIMG.BIN A: /Y and then press Enter.
