JauntePE -> Portable App Maker in neuer GNU Open Source Version

[size=4pt]JauntePE 0.6.0 is still a work-in-progress. There is no stable version yet.
The launcher and runtime are stable, but the gui has not been finalized.

Build 20110404-001 bumps the runtime's file version to 0.6.3, bumps the
launcher's file version to 0.6.2, and bumps the package configuration version.

Use JauntePE's Edit->Upgrade Package feature to upgrade an existing JauntePE
package to make use of these new runtime, launcher, and package configuration
versions.
The runtime was modified to add a new binary portable registry file version
format that stores its keys and value names in Unicode. It was also modified to
reduce the time taken to dump the in-memory registry data to disk.

The launcher's manifest resource was modified to include a security execution
level tag. The gui was modified to build app launchers using the to-be-launched
app's requested execution level. This allows UAC enabled admin user accounts on
Vista and newer to launch admin apps - such as regedit - directly, without
having to explicitly run the launcher via a Run as administrator option. You
will still need to run the JauntePE gui as admin for some uses however, since
it has not yet been modified to properly elevate its security level access to
work properly when UAC is enabled. This is apparent when a launcher is started
but it immediately stops, or when you get a Failed to start the application
error popup from the launcher. Launcher error popups titlebars start with a
JauntePE prefix followed by the launcher's file name, e.g., JauntePE::regedit. ... etc ...[/size]
