Ach ja - das System scheint einigermassen gut zu laufen - habe noch so einiges installiert - zuletzt ua NOD und TrueImage sowie Secunis PSI

Wenn ich ausgeschlafen habe, mach ich nochmal mit NOD einen gründlichen Scan.
Der Besitzer sagte mir übrigens, dass er keinerlei wichtige Daten drauf hat und kein Banking/Kaufsachen oder sowas - es ist sein erster Computer und er ist wirklich noch ganz neu dabei - und sitzt täglich max 1/2 - 1 Stunde dran.

Bislang nichts ungewöhnliches zu spüren - und da geh ich dann mal in Heia

Den Scan mit NOD kannst Du machen, is aber nicht nötig

Combofix deinstallieren

Bitte vor der folgenden Aktion wieder temporär Antivirus-Programm, evtl. vorhandenes Skript-Blocking und Anti-Malware Programme deaktivieren.

Start => Ausführen (bei Vista (Windows-Taste + R) => dort reinschreiben ComboFix /uninstall => Enter drücken - damit wird Combofix komplett entfernt und der Cache der Systemwiederherstellung geleert, damit auch auch dieser die Schädlinge verschwinden.

Nun die eben deaktivierten Programme wieder aktivieren.

Starte OTL noch einmal und drücke den Cleanup Button, dies wird OTL und alle HelferTools entfernen.

Reinige den Cache und die Cookies im IE:

Schliesse alle Fenster von Oulook Express und Internet Explorer

Navigiere zu Start > Systemsteuerung > Internetoptionen > Allgemein

Im Bereich Browserverlauf klicke auf Delete

Lösche die Dateien, Cookies und den Verlauf

Schliesse das Fenster

Reinige den Cache und die Cookies in Firefox: (wenn dieser installiert ist)

Gehe zu Extras > Private Daten löschen

Ein neues Fenster geht auf

Markiere alles und klicke auf Private Daten löschen

Andere Temporäre Dateien und den Papierkorb leeren:

Start > Ausführen, schreibe cleanmgr und klicke Ok

Lass nun Dein System scannen

Vergewissere Dich, dass nur Temporäre Internet Dateien, Temporäre Dateien und der Papierkorb angehakt sind.

Klicke nun Ok um diese zu löschen

ComboFix /uninstall der findet keine ComboFix..........
Habe auch Malwarebytes entfernt - ok so?
Das andere mach ich gleich und melde mich nochmal, wenn alles inclusive Scan mit NOD fertig ist.

Ich glaube, dass das System jetzt sauber ist.
War sehr spannend - ich habe sowas noch nie gemacht - wieder ganz kleines Bisschen dazugelernt.
Allein würde ich es mir aber nicht zutrauen - allein hätte ich platt gemacht und neu aufgesetzt.

Jetzt mach ich noch Image auf externe Platte - defragmentiert hab ich schon.

OTL Cleanup bereinigt auch die Reste von Combofix, aber bitte leere noch die Systemwiederherstellung und setz einen neuen Wiederherstellungspunkt

Alles schon gemacht - NB nach Einweisungen fertig abgeliefert.
Einziges Problem: es macht mit der von WD heruntergeladenen Edition von ZtrueImage ( die bescheuert abgespeckt und nur in Englisch ist) Zicken - Images werden aber offenbar richtig erstellt auf externer Platte.

So - Abschlussbericht:
der Besitzer hat sich wieder gemeldet - das System läuft, aber ganz arg langsam.
Ich werde dann doch plattmachen und ihm W7 verpassen - auch muss er seine Passwörter ändern - er hat nicht viele.
Er bekommt von mir auch diese verpasst
TrueImage 2010, NOD Antivirus, Secunia PSI und einige nette Freewaretools wie zB 7zip etc
Treibersammlung schon zusammengestellt, W7 vorhanden, TI kommt - morgen geht es los mit Neuinstallation.
Hoffentlich ist dann eine Malwareschleuder weniger im Netz........

hoffentlich kommt der neue Moderator auch zu der Erkenntnis, daß die schönste Malwarebereinigungsaktion kein stabiles Betriebssystem zurückgibt.

Jeder, wirklich jeder, kann verstehen, daß es für User eine Riesenhilfe ist, wenn sie erstens erfahren was mit dem Rechner los ist und zweitens wieder halbwegs Zugriff auf ihre Daten bekommen zwecks externer Sicherung. Dafür,und nur dafür sind die Reinigungstools gedacht. Die vermurksten Betriebssysteme kriegt man nicht wieder hin.

Und wenn jetzt einer schreibt, man macht den Upgrade auf Win7 und nur deshalb wird plattgemacht darf man lachen.

Dem Besitzer darf man gratulieren, denn der hat jetzt wirklich die Chance auf Freude mit dem Rechner. Insofern hätte er keine besseren Helfer finden können.

wer schreibt das? Ich nicht! :-*
Mir war schon unwohl nach der Bereinigung ( die war aber eine nette neue Erfahrung für mich - das Objekt für Probieren geeignet!), weil ich den Eindruck hatte, dass das System doch nicht so ganz rund läuft. Und das ist der eigentliche Grund für Neuinstallation ( bei mir selbst hätte ich allerdings schon gleich plattgemacht - hab genügend externe Sicherungen) - und wenn schon neu - dann wollt ich ihm W7 geben ( bin ihm noch etwas schuldig).
Passieren konnte ja nicht viel - er hatte keinerlei wichtige Daten drauf. Allerdings war es eine Malwareschleuder - ich bekam prompt Mail von t-online abuse wegen Spamversendung.........ich musste ja für den onlinescan ins Internet und da muss es passiert sein.
Übrigens war es auch einen Versuch wert, weil der Besitzer keinerlei CD/DVD von Acer für das Notebook hat - ich kann dann versuchen, die erforderlichen Setupdateien zu finden, die ich nach Neuinstall benötige ( Software, keine Treiber - Treiber hab ich schon gefunden).
Sicherungen hatte der Besitzer auch nicht.
Ansonsten lehne ich es ab, für jeden verseuchten Rechner automatenhaft Plattmachen zu empfehlen - es gibt meiner Meinung nach ( musste ich auch erst lernen) durchaus Fälle. wo es nicht geht bzw nicht gemacht werden sollte. Nur sollte man eine Bereinigung keinesfalls ohne Expertenwissen oder Expertenhilfe machen - das geht immer nach hinten los........
Ohne die Hilfe von schrauber hätte ich gnadenlos plattgemacht, da ich das erforderliche Wissen ( immer noch) nicht habe !!!!!!!!!!
