Netzteil

hallo zusammen!

ich habe ne Frage betreffend Netzteil. Leiser komme ich nicht mehr weiter und brauche nun Eure Hilfeeeeeeee!
ich habe ein Intel Pentium D 820, Dual Core, 2.8GHz, 2x 1MB, Smithfield in ein Asus P5WD2 Premium, Intel 955X, Dual-Core, Universal PCI-E Board eingebaut. Das Netzteil ist ein Raptoxx RT-450W1.30, ATX 1.3, 450W Silent Netzteil.

Beim einschalten des PC flimmern die Leds kurz auf aber der PC startet nicht. Erst nach ein paar mal den Power schalter auf der Rückseite auf Stellung 1 und 0 hinbewegen, Startet der PC dann. Es kommt mir vor, als hätte der PC mühe alles zu Starten. Ist das Netzteil eventuell zu schwach????

Hmmm, die Werte weis ich nicht. Habe kein Prüfgerät.

Auf dem Board ist alles richtig angeschlossen, ich habe auch mal versucht die Pins umzustecken, da ging gar nichts mehr.

Ich habe auch ein Anderes Netzteil eingebaut (nur ein 350W). Da lieg er erst gar nicht an.
Ich denke auch, dass es sich um ein zu schwaches Netzteil handelt.
Was für eine Leistung ist aber zu empfehlen?
