Patch 811493: andauernd neu installieren?

Hallo,

habe bei mir auf dem Computer W2K SP3 laufen. Letztens (12.02.04) wollte autoupdate wieder neue patches runterladen - habe ich auch gemacht. Es waren der KB828028 und der 811493. Installiert, keine fehlermeldung, vergessen.
am 16.2. wollte autoupdate erneut ein patch installieren, wieder den 811493. Installiert, keine Fehlermeldung, vergessen.
am 17.2.: noch mal das gleiche spiel.
ratet mal, was heute ist! Genau, autoupdate will erneut 811493 runterladen.
Es überrascht mich ja nicht, dass Windowspatches überarbeitet werden müssen. Das sieht mir aber eher nach einem Fehler aus. SO schnell arbeiten die doch nie...
Was soll ich tun?

zur Info:
W2K SP3
Inklusive aller patches und updates, die mit der Zeit so rausgebracht wurden, allerdings ohne SP4 - nachdem ich den installiert hatte, startete der rechner mit einem Bluescreen. SP4 danach wieder deinstalliert.
Ansonsten folgen unten noch, die installierten patches.

der patch wurde ins sp4 integriert, deshalb kann es jetzt zu versionskonflickten kommen. deinstallier den patch komplett, dann putz die registry und versuch den update neu, wahrscheinlich gibts ein datum oder einen versionskonflikt. der patch ist ein problempatch, den hat ms mehrmals bereinigt. nach dem deinstallieren des patches, installier das sp3 nochmals, dann versuch den update nochmal ...
