Reboot und dann kommen fehler ....

Hallo,
Ich habe mein Acer Aspire 7730Z rebootet nun wollte ich mir grundlegende dinge holen : Firefox, Win Rar usw.

Allerdings kam ich nicht weit ich kann kein Winrar installieren weil ich kein IE 9 haben nutze aber IE eig. nicht. Dann meinte er als ich mit IE 9 holen wollte installiere bitte Service Pack 2 ich versuch es die ganze zeit alleridngs kommt immer der selbe Fehler :e_unexpected(0x8000ffff). So als ich mir einen Windows reparierer holen wollte weis den nahmen nicht... kam auch so ein Fehler. :sad:
