Ich besitze nen Pentium III, jedoch kann ich diesen Patch nicht installieren wieso nur ?

Weil du einen VIA Chipsatz hast und der wird von Intel nunmal nicht unterstützt
Bloß weil dein Rechner von Intel ist, heißt das noch lange nicht, daß auch der Rest von Intel sein muss. Ist alles ne Kostenfrage.
