Hallo liebe Windowsforum Community ich habe ein Problem das ich vermute das ich einen Virus auf meinem Pc habe. Ich habe ihn schon einmal zurückgesetzt und noch einmal das Programm Rkill rüberlaufen lassen. Das kam dabei heraus

Checking for Windows services to stop:
* No malware services found to stop.
Checking for processes to terminate:
* No malware processes found to kill.
Checking Registry for malware related settings:
* No issues found in the Registry.
Resetting .EXE, .COM, & .BAT associations in the Windows Registry.
Performing miscellaneous checks:
* No issues found.
teipfad und die Datei Notepad.exe als beschädigt. Ich wollte diese Datei entfernen lassen, aber die Datei geht nicht
weg (Dateipfad: C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.WindowsNotepad_11.2204.12.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\Notepad). Ich wollte jetzt einmal um Rat fragen ob jemand eine Lösung kennt.
