Cant install windows on AMD 64 3200

Sorry i have to write in english to be clear.

i have just bought a new Mobo and cpu but when trying to install Windows 2000 Pro or Windows XP on it, it starts loading the drivers and stuff then says its starting windows and just hangs there.

CPU: AMD Athalon 64 3200+
RAM: 333 DDR
Motherboard: K8N Neo4
Graffics: Asus N6600GT
HD: 40 GB IDE Western digital

I am not very familiar with AMD 64 processors and dont know if the Hardware needs to be configured somewhere in the BIOS so Windows with boot properly :-\ . Thanks in advance!! ;D

Have you already checked for the newest BIOS Update for your Motherboard ?
What is the Manufactor of your Memory Modules ? Some Manufactors recommend to step up the voltage to 2.7V or (if Corsair RAM) to 2.8V. Within your combination of Motherboard, CPU and your graphics card you should have a Power Supply with at least 400W oder more.

You should also check your Memory Modules for errors. To do so please download memtest and run it from Floppy.
