win98 shutdown prob

Hi everybody,

if i shutdown my computer it always give a fuck of me and reboot the
system. apm is off and wake on lan too! How can I solve that?

please help me!!!

Wenn Sie Probleme beim automatischen Ausschalten von Windows 98 haben, rufen Sie das Programm MSCONFIG auf. Unter Allgemein -> Weitere Optionen können Sie durch Deaktivieren der Option Schnelles herunterfahren Ihr Problem meist beheben.

oder ändern Sie es in der Registry:

unter:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ System\ CurrentControlSet\ Control\ Shutdown

den Wert FastReboot vom Datentyp REG_SZ (DWORD kann auch funktionieren) von 1 auf 0 ändern.
