WinXP auf Vista PC

Hallo,

Ich habe eine Systembuilder Win XP pro versucht auf einem Dellrechner mit Vista zu installieren. Ich habe die Win-XP in CD- Laufwerk gelegt und den PC über das CD-Laufwerk gestartet. Das Setup lädt die Treiber, und dann kommt eine Fehlermeldung:

A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
If this the first time you've seen this Stop error screen, restart your computer, if this screen appears again, follow theese steps:
Check your viruses on your computer. Remove any newly istalled hard drives or hard drives controllers. Check your hard drive to make sure is properly configured and terminated. Run CHKDXK /F to check for hard drive corruption and then restart your computer.

Kennt jemand das? Was kann ich tun ium XP zu installieren?

mit ner deutschen vollversion nochmal probieren.

erzähl mal etwas mehr über die Hardware.... denn wenn Vista läuft, muß das nicht heißen, das WIndows XP sich problemlos installierenläst.
Manche Hardware ist einfach zu neu, für XP.

SOwas ist mir passiert mit einem einem Core2Quad auf einem iQ35 Chipsatz(System: Fujitsu-Siemens Celsius W360)
