Update funktioniert nicht... jetzt doch...

Hab schon alles ausprobiert aber es hilft nix.

Hab den PC neu aufgesetzt und seit dem gehts nicht mehr - das Symbol in systray erscheint aber wenn ich auf downloaden klicke dann passiert nix mehr. Von der MS Seite kann ich problemlos downloaden.

Komisch ist das es bei PC und Notebook nicht mehr funzt. PC hängt fix am Netgear Router und Notebook über WLAN.

Bei beiden steht in der log.file:

WARNING: Update Service: Failed to update backup store
Update is not allowed to download due to regulation.

Kanns an einem Programm liegen das auf beiden Computern drauf ist ???

Oder ein nicht ganz funktionierendes Update ???

Oder liegts am Netgear-Teil ??? das Ding hat ja angeblich eine Firewall eingebaut.

Ich hab mal die addy in den IE kopiert da will sich dann was downloaden - soll ich das machen oder nicht ???

Das update hat funktioniert!

Hab den PC neu gestartet und dann auf downloaden geklickt und es hat funktioniert.

Wieso? Keine Ahnung!

Vielleicht hat sich das Problem ja von alleine gelöst...
